Huang GuoHong 黄国鸿

I was 6 when I started painting. It was my father’s influence, not my own initiative. When I was six, I was in my first year at school. One day, in my school art class, I drew a horse but when I took it home my father told me it wasn’t right, horse’s hooves are not like long feet. I then discovered painting was so absorbing, after my father corrected my painting, I realised
my father enlightened me rather than any teacher. I was at that time I really started to be very interested in painting. #ChinesePainting #GongbiPainting

Wang ZiRang 汪子让

The beautiful city of Huizhou has been home to a lot of intellectuals and many famous painters in Chinese history. Wang Zirang was born here into a business family more than 60 years ago. With such an influence,  he became interested in Chinese calligraphy and paintings at very young age. #ChinesePainting #HuangBinhong #SuInk

Wang Hui 汪辉

I loved painting when I was little. At that time, my parents were not aware of importance to cultivate children’s hobbies. I didn’t go to any special art school. I learned all on my own. Interest is the best teacher. I kept teaching myself for over 30 years. Generally, whoever is better than me, they are my teachers. I learn from artists in Chinese history, from books, from friends, etc. #ChinesePainting #WangHui #XieYiPainting
